Construction
The combination of the colors on the band around the cigar and the flavors gave me the feeling that it was made for days spent in nature.
The cigar was firm with a larger vein in the end of the cigar. Luckily it didn’t desturbed the glow line. It had a matte feeling to it.
Wrapper: Ecuador – Binder: Dominican – Filler: Dominican and Nicaragua
Smell and cold draw
The wrapper had a lighter scent of vanilla while the filler had a lighter scent of hay. The cold draft gave me flavors of hay.
Lets light up the PDR A. Flores 1975 Gran Reserva Sungrown Half Corona cigar
The texture of the cigar was not particularly prominent, it was slightly creamy and it did not take long for the cigar to show that the body was medium bordering to full. The dominant flavors I felt were woodiness, spiciness and hay. In the background there were nuances of salty licorice, florality, leather and espresso, retrohalation tickled the nose and gave nuances of black pepper and cayenne pepper. The cigar was incredibly slow to smoke and gave a long smoke with cool smoke.

Smoke time
PDR A. Flores 1975 Gran Reserva Sungrown Half Corona gick att röka förvånansvärt sakta. 45 minuter rök tid
Conclusion
PDR A. Flores 1975 Gran Reserva Sungrown Half Corona has a good balance between the flavors. The body that is medium on the border of full makes it suitable for the slightly more experienced Aficionados. The cigar was incredibly slow to smoke and gave cool smoke. If I compare price vs taste vs quality I think it is where it should be.
