The cigar really surprised me. Its not often i smoke a full bodied cigar but still smooth like a medium bodied cigar. Incredibly hard to explain. A perfect cigar for those who don’t smoke full bodied cigars but are curious about them.
Construction
The cigar was firmly rolled and had a completely matte feel to it
Wrapper: Nicaragua – Binder: Nicaragua – Filler: Nicaragua
Scent and cold draw
The scent I felt on the wrapper was hay and farm while the filler smelled of hay and ground coffee. The cold draft was incredible, it was almost like sitting in a coffee shop with a chocolate pastry. The cold draft I felt acted like an appetizer. A cold draft that could be enjoyed long before lighting the cigar.

1/3 Lets light up the Joya De Nicaragua Antano Dark Corojo Robusto
Joya De Nicaragua Antano Dark Corojo started off with a thick and creamy texture. The flavors I felt were a combination of dark chocolate with a hint of hazelnut, espresso with a dark syrupy sweetness, nuttiness with a lighter hint of cashews, spiciness and sweet fresh woodiness. In the background were flavors of raisins, brown sugar and an incredibly light metallic flavor. Retrohalation tickled to a little light in the nose and gave nuances of hay and light pepperiness. What was incredibly interesting was that between the puffs there was a lighter taste of hickory.
2/3 of the cigar shows a lovely complexity
The texture of the cigar was still creamy but not as robust as before. The flavors I felt were Sweet fresh woodiness, hickory, raisins, hay and dark chocolate combined with cacao. In the background there were nuances of saltiness, dark syrup-like sweetness, nuttiness in the direction of Hazelnut and lighter metallic nuances. Retrohalation was reminiscent of the beginning and tickled a little lightly in the nose and gave nuances of hay and pepperiness.
3/3 The cigar ends in a good way
The texture was creamy with a slight dryness. The flavors I felt were a little more robust than before and finished the cigar in a good way. The dominant flavors were Cacao, pine needles, hay and dark woodiness. In the background there were flavors of raisins, espresso with syrupy sweetness, saltiness and earthiness. I had expected the retrohale to be the same as before but it became smoother and gave nuances of hay.
After taste

Smoke time

Conclusion
The Joya De Nicaragua Antano Dark Corojo Robusto cigar, despite its full body, is well suited for those who are a little less used to full-bodied cigars but are curious to try full-bodied cigars. The flavors are incredibly well-balanced. If I compare price vs taste vs quality, I think it is cheap compared to what you get. I would consider paying more to smoke it again.
