An incredible cigar considering the low price. After i lit the cigar I got incredibly surprised.
Construction
The cigar was firmly rolled and had no veins that i could feel. The wrapper had a slightly oily feeling to it.
Wrapper: Nicaragua – Binder: Nicaragua – Filler: Nicaragua
Scent and cold draw
The wrapper and filler had a scent of chocolate and hay. What was suprising was the cold draw. The flavors i felt were Fruitiness, chocolate and maltiness. The flavors were like as a appetizer, teasing the taste buds before lighting the cigar.
Lets light up the Perdomo Fresco Sungrown Robusto
The Perdomo fresco Sungrown is not a complex cigar, the flavors i felt in the beginning were the same until the end.
The texture was creamy and the flavors the cigar presented were nuttiness that was the most dominant flavor followed by fresh herbs and a mix of hay and grass. In the background i felt flavors of fruitiness, saltiness, spiciness, nougat chocolate, leather, general spiciness and woodiness. The retrohale was smooth as silk and gave shades of white pepper and hay.
After taste
Walenut and woodiness
Body
Mild bordering on medium
Smoke time
70 minutes
Conclusion
Perdomo Fresco Sungrown is an incredibly good cigar with lighter complexity. The flavors you feel at the beginning are the same until the end, but there are a lot of flavors to find. The body that is on the mild side means that most Aficionados can enjoy it. An incredibly good everyday cigar. If I compare price vs taste vs quality I think it is cheap in comparison to what you get and if you compare to others in the same price class.
