Taste
Smell and cold draw
I brought the cigar to my nose and felt how the wrapper had a smell of farm and hay while the filler smelled of leather. The cold draft gave me shades of hay, nuttiness and milkyness.

1/3 Lets light up Rocky Patel the edge Nicaragua Toro to see what it has to offer
The first thing that came to my mind was the texture of the cigar. Its hard to explain but it was a combination of oily and creamy at the same time. The flavors the cigar offered was a nuttiness reminiscent of almonds, hay, freshly picked spices, sweet licorice and a acidity that reminded me of sumac spice. In the background the cigar had hints of leather and espresso. The retrohale tickled my nose a little and gave flavors of white pepper.
2/3 the cigar showed a lighter complexity
As i stepped into the the second third of the Rocky Patel the edge Nicaragua toro cigar it showed a lighter complexity. The texture became more creamy with a hint of oiliness. The flavors that emerged was hat, sweet licorice, a general woodiness with a lighter hint of oak and espresso with a sweetness that reminded me of syrup. In the background of the cigar there where flavors of saltiness and dark berries. The retrohale became smoother and gave shades of general woodiness.
3/3 of the cigar
The texture was creamy and the oiliness from earlier was gone. The last third of the cigar gave flavors of sweet licorice, hay, saltiness, nuttiness that reminded me of roasted almonds, espresso, ground coffee beans, oak, breadiness, earthiness and leather. In the background there was also shade of bonfire and a lighter sweetness. The retrohale tickled my nose a little and gave a lighter shade of bonfire.
After taste
Walnuts and a soft shade of bonfire.
Body
The cigar had a Full body bordering on medium.
Smoke time
80 minutes
Conclusion
Rocky Patel the edge Nicaragua toro has a body that suits the more experienced aficionado. The flavors were balanced with a almost unique acidity in the second third. If I compare price vs taste vs quality i think its where it should be.
