15 minute rule to achieve your dreams

Following your dreams requires courage, dedication and time. Many people I meet blame not having enough time and that’s why they don’t follow their dreams (Even though I know time is just an excuse). I live by a rule for my dreams, a rule that has made me find more time and can change your life dramatically. The 15 minute rule.

Finding time is hard sometimes, but 15 minutes a day I find it hard to believe you can’t find in your schedule to get one step closer to your dreams. There is time everywhere and two examples that you know I am right about are

1. stop scrolling on social media for 15 minutes

2. turn off the TV

In one year with 15 minutes a day you will get a little more than 91 hours of personal development and get closer to the dream life you want.

The goal of these 15 minutes is not to think about the dream, but that it is time that should be productive. Is it to do research for what you need to do? figure out obstacles you face and need to get past? Only your goals can determine that. The most important thing is that the time moves you closer to the goal. One thing that helps is to set tasks for the next day and know what awaits. That way you are prepared for the next task.

If you are consistent and follow the rule as part of your life for 3 weeks, you will be able to change your life, but don’t let anything get in the way. It’s your personal time and your personal goals.

Now for an incredibly interesting  part. If you take 15 minutes a day and are productive in your goals for about 3 weeks, the work to achieve your dreams will not only be time-bound as you set, it will become a routine in your everyday life and you will automatically, without thinking, find more time in the day than just 15 minutes. Your 15 minutes have given you a new healthy routine.
