Casa turrent Miami robusto cigar review

A perfect everyday cigar

Construction

The cigar was firmly rolled and had no veins. The wrapper had a wonderful oily feeling to it.

Wrapper: Mexican – Binder: Mexican – Filler: Dominican

Scent and cold draw

The wrapper had a scent of farmyard while the filler had a scent of coffee beans and hay. The cold draw surprised me a little with its flavors. The flavors i got where like a appetizer. The cigar offered flavors of hay and citrus peel.

Lets light up the Casa turrent Miami robusto and see what it has to offer

The Casa Turrent Miami was not complex but flavorful. The texture was creamy and the flavors I felt were woodiness, nutmeg, general saltiness, hay and a florality that somehow reminded me of roses. In the background were flavors of vanilla bean, raisins and citrus peel. The retrohalation was smooth and offered hay and general sweetness. The cigar was not complex, however, the flavors emerged more and more as the smoke progressed.

After taste

Walnuts

Body

Mild bordering on medium

Smoke time

60 minutes

Conclusion

Casa Turrent Miami robusto is a perfect “everyday cigar” without much complexity. The flavors that come at the beginning are the same until the end. The body that is mild makes it suitable for beginners as well as for more experienced Aficionados. If I compare price vs taste vs quality, I think it is where it should be.
