Construction
The band around the cigar made me think of knights and castles. As the band around the cigar strap was the emblem of nobility in the Middle Ages. The cigar was firm and evenly rolled. It had a thick oiliness that wrapped around it, slightly thicker oiliness than I usually feel on a cigar.
Wrapper: Mexico – Binder: Indonesia – Filler: Dominican
Smell and cold draw
The wrapper had a chocolate and fruity scent while the filler smelled like hay. The cold draft gave me flavors of chocolate, hay and milkiness.
1/3 Lets light up the Lampert 1593 Oscuro toro cigar to see what it has to offer
The texture of the cigar was incredibly nice and lightly buttery. The dominant flavors I felt were cedar, anise, nuttiness in the direction of peanuts, earthiness, saltiness and hay. In the background were shades of lime-like tartness, general sweetness, earthiness and leather. Retrohalation was smooth and gave hints of white pepper. The cigar was incredibly light smoked and smooth.
2/3 Lets enjoy the second third of the cigar
The texture of the cigar became thicker and more buttery. The flavors I felt were, leather, coffee, nuttiness in the direction of peanuts, anise, butter, saltiness that made me think prosciutto, leather, herbs and hay. In the background there were flavors of milk chocolate, peach peel, vanilla pod-like sweetness, lime peel-like sourness, coffee and hickory. The backhaul was smooth and gave nuances of white pepper and hay. The cigar was even smoother than before.
3/3 Lets see how the Lampert 1593 Oscuro toro finishes
The texture showed a complexity and becomes a combination of buttery and creamy. The dominant flavors the cigar provided were Herbs, breadiness, chocolate, cacao, hay, saltiness, earthiness, ground coffee beans and woodiness with a hint of cedar. In the background there were shades of vanilla-like sweetness, buttery, citrus peel, milkiness and fruitiness. The retrohalation was smooth and gave shades of hay.

Conslusion
Lampert 1593 Oscuro toro is a smooth cigar with balanced flavors. The full body suits the slightly more experienced aficionado. If I compare price vs taste vs quality, I think it is where it should be.
