Construction
When I held the cigar I was unfortunately disappointed, the cigar had soft parts and was unevenly rolled. I hoped it would glow evenly but to my disappointment I had to correct the cigar a lot with the lighter.
Wrapper: Nicaragua – Binder: Nicaragua – Filler: Nicaragua
Scent and cold draw
The cigar had a scent of farmyard, hay and florality while the cold draw presented me with flavors of dark chocolate.
1/2 Lets light up the Perdomo 30th Anniversary maduro robusto
After lighting the cigar, I was greeted with a creamy texture with a slight hint of oily feel. However, it didn’t take long before I had to get out my lighter to start correcting the glow. The flavors I felt from the Perdomo 30th Anniversary were Floral nuances, hay, dark chocolate, espresso, woodiness, general pepperiness and anise. In the background were flavors of saltiness, minerals, raisins and general nuttiness.
The retrohalation tickled to light in my nose and gave nuances of general woodiness
2/2 Lets see what the second half of the cigar has to offer
As I entered the second half of Perdomo’s 30th Anniversary maduro, the texture was creamy and left a slightly dry feeling on my palate. The dominant flavors that emerged were Floral, anise, a combination of grass and hay, dark chocolate, woodiness with a hint of cedar and oak, dried herbs and coffee beans. In the background I felt nuances of caffè latte, raisins and a brown sugar-like sweetness. The retrohalation was a bit smoother and i felt nuances of woodiness.

Conclusion
Perdomo 30th Anniversary Maduro is a cigar with lighter complexity with earthy flavors. The body that is on full makes it suitable for the slightly more experienced Aficionados. Unfortunately, the construction of the cigar was not very good and the cigar had to be corrected with lighters a lot from start to finish. If I compare the price vs taste vs quality, I think it cost a little too much compared to what you get.
