I had longed to try the Rocky Patel White Label Robusto cigar.

Conctruction

Although the Rocky Patel White Label Robusto cigar had a classic size, it felt big more powerful. The white band that embraced the Rocky Patel White Label Robusto cigar like a blanket lifted the feeling and gave the cigar an elegant and powerful impression.With the evenly distributed tobacco in the cigar, perfect cap, thighta and fine seams and almost no noticeable large veins felt that would indicate it would burn unevenly, my expectations were high.

Taste

I cut the cigar and took a few puffs. the cold draft was sweet and brought smooth flavors of milk chocolate and cashews.

After I had roasted the Rocky Patel White Label Robusto cigar, the full flavor dance began with a lovely smooth and creamy texture with thick smoke. The flavors that came at the beginning were a mixture of sweet floral and fruity as dominant flavors with slightly sweet espresso in the background. As i was near the end of the first third of the Rocky Patel White Label Robusto cigar, flavors arrived that I cannot describe other than shades of light creamy vanilla, nutty blend and a malty flavor. The retrohale had a taste of white pepper and was quite spicy which I think balanced out the sweetness of the cigar in a good way. The balance between the flavors was incredibly good and no flavor was too much.

Rocky patel White Label Robusto cigar

As I got into the second third of the cigar my joy was heightened and it showed how wonderfully complex the cigar was. The texture was creamy, soft and the smoke thick while between puffs I felt a smooth oily sensation in my mouth. The floral flavor had almost disappeared and the fruitiness became dominant. The fruitiness became sweeter than before and I found a sourness that made me think of citrus fruits. In the background there were coffee nuances reminiscent of coffee latte, sweet licorice and a slight nuttiness. The retrohale changed and was smooth and nice with a light white pepper taste.

By the time I got into the last third of the Rocky Patel White Label Robusto cigar, my curiosity was high and I had built up a lot of anticipation for how the cigar would develop.
Now slightly darker flavors came in. The texture was still quite creamy and gave a slightly oily mouthfeel. The flavors that danced around and dominated were oak and dark roasted coffee. In the background I could find slightly sweet licorice and citrus fruit. The citrus was the same as before but a little weaker in taste.

Aftertaste

The aftertaste was reminiscent of walnut and had a dry texture.

Smoke time

Everything was perfect with this cigar, I had expected a smoking time of the Rocky Patel White Label Robusto cigar of about 60 minutes but was pleasantly surprised. I started the clock when I lit the cigar and got 80 minutes of smoke time before I put it down. I couldn’t help looking during the smoking time, sometimes 3-4 minutes passed between puffs without it going out.

Would i smoke the Rocky Patel White Label Robusto cigar again? Undoubtedly. Incredibly good and well-balanced cigar.
