I was not prepared to be as impressed with the cigar as I was.
Construction

My curiosity about the name the cigar had led me to the fact that the word tatuaje translated from Spanish to English means tattoo. I think the name was appropriate after I smoked the cigar, it tattooed a good impression and became a cigar I want to smoke more often. I really like when a cigar has a pig’s tail, it’s a bit like it puts an extra touch on the cigar. The cigar had a small vein behind the wrapper that I didn’t think would cause any issues with the glow. The cigar was firmly and evenly rolled and had a slightly oily feel.

Taste
Smell and cold draw
I brought the cigar to my nose and smelled a lovely aroma of fruitiness and hay from the wrapper. The filler was difficult to put a precise scent on, the easiest way to explain is that it smelled like a mixture of cacao, hay and fruitiness. The cold draw I must say was impressive, when I took a few puffs before lighting the cigar I was almost disappointed that I hadn’t cut it a few hours earlier and puffed as a starter. The cold draft was sweet and lovely and I can’t describe it other than it reminded me of a mixture of sweet fruit candy.

1/3 Of Tatuaje cabaiuan no.52 rothschild cigar lit
I was not prepared for what the cigar had to offer, it really gave me pleasure. The texture that arrived was buttery with a slight creaminess. The flavors Tatuaje cabaiuan no.52 rothschild gave were very sweet, hay, floral, dark berries and cedar wood. In the background were shades of sweet licorice and a flavor that reminded me of cherry candy. The retrohalation tickled a bit and gave nuances of black pepper and cedar.
2/3 The cigar shows a lighter complexity
The texture was still buttery but the creaminess increased a bit and took its place on the palette. The flavors that came in the second third of the Tatuaje cabaiuan no.52 rothschild cigar were cedar, sweet licorice, dark berries, floral and nuttiness that went in the direction of pistachio. In the background I could feel a sweet lovely fruitiness. The retrohale was smooth and gave nuances of cedar and white pepper. What was a shame was that the cigar needed some correction. But considering the balance and how it brought out the flavors, it was worth it.
3/3 An incredibly good finish to the Tatuaje cabaiuan no.52 rothschild cigar
The texture of the cigar changed a bit and became almost as much creamy and buttery. No texture took up more space than the other and was too much for the palette. The flavors the cigar gave were cherry, floral, nuttiness that went in the direction of pistachio, cedar wood and saltiness. In the background I could sense hints of vanilla, sweet licorice, a light general fruitiness and mineral like notes. The retrohale was smooth and gave nuances of cedar and white pepper. The cigar still needed some tweaking, but was definitely worth it.

Conclusion
The Tatuaje cabaiuan no.52 rothschild cigar has a body that suits most. The flavors are sweet and have an incredibly good balance. Unfortunately, I had to correct it quite a bit, but considering how balanced it was and the way it delivered the flavors, it was worth it. It could be smoked incredibly slowly without going out. If I compare price vs taste vs quality, I think it is underpriced and I would have paid a little more to smoke it.
