2024 was an incredible year with lots of exciting cigars. It has been an exciting journey with both bad, good and exceptional cigars.
The cigars are listed in no particular order with no winners or losers. They are all winners and worth trying.
CAO BX3 Robusto

We start with a cigar that took me by surprise. CAO BX3 robusto is a cigar with an almost completely unique flavor profile. The flavors are sweet and well balanced. The texture is much smoother than many other cigars. If I compare price vs taste vs quality, I think you get much more than what you pay for.
Cavalier Genève White Series elegantes

Can you smoke them golden diamond, Yes you can. Cigars are well balanced and this one is also low in price if you ask me. What makes it even more special is the band and its history. Eladio Diaz 70 Aniversario

The cigar had a lovely complexity and could be divided into 4 parts. The body was medium and suits most aficionados. If I compare price vs taste vs quality, I think you get a lot of cigar for the money. There are many that are twice as expensive and do not offer the same experience. A premium cigar that gave more than I paid for.
Vegas de Santiago D8 perla

I was almost shocked at how much flavor the little cigar offered. Its rarely you can divide a cigar this size in two parts. Vegas de Santiago D8 perla is a complex cigar with a lot of flavors. It can be smoked slowly. I think you get a lot of cigar for the money. A cheap cigar compared to what you get.
Perdomo 20th anniversary maduro robusto

Perdomo 20th anniversary maduro robusto is a well-balanced cigar with lots of chocolate flavors. Even if the body is medium on the border of full, I think it suits the aficionado who has not smoked very many cigars. If I compare price vs taste vs quality, I think you get a lot of cigar for the money. I could have imagined paying a bit more to smoke it.
Princip Accomplice Classic Robusto

The cigar shocked me. That a cigar in this price range could deliver so much flavor and complexity is incredible.
Valentino siesto Sungrown Robusto

An impressive cigar. Although the Valentino Siesto Sungrown is a premium cigar at a slightly higher price point compared to others, I think it beats many in the double price range. The flavors were incredibly balanced and the construction was incredible.
Camacho Ecuador robusto

Besides the flavors of the cigar which were absolutely incredible, I was shocked by the smoking time. Incredibly easy to smoke slowly. If I hadn’t smoked it myself, I would have thought it was a joke. Never before or since have I smoked a Robusto for 80 minutes.
Tatuaje cabaiuan no.52 rothschild

The cigar was an incredible experience. The texture and flavors were incredible. In the first third there were shades of The flavors Tatuaje cabaiuan no.52 rothschild gave were very sweet, hay, floral, dark berries and cedar wood. In the background were shades of sweet licorice and a flavor that reminded me of cherry candy. Even this cigar was cheap compared to what I got.
Casa turrent 1880 rosado gordito

This cigar offers a delightful taste experience. It has a well-balanced mix of flavors, with the citrus standing out prominently. The citrus notes, noticeable from the aroma and cold draw and continuing throughout the smoke, are quite unique and not common in many cigars.
